With all the product recalls out of China, including toys, I want to remind everyone that Hallet Huggables have been tested for child safety and have passed both US and Canadian Standards. Our bears carry a PA stuffed toy registration number. Be sure to ask questions about the products you purchase. Most inexpensive bears from Peru are stuffed with what is swept up off the floor and the eyes and nose are easily removed. These bears are often poorly tanned and the skins are brittle and will crack and tear. They are not hypo-allergenic.
